We are conveniently located only three miles from the Kansas City International Airport (MCI) and the Northland Kansas City area. There are also many other projects that are ongoing and should be completed in 2015 including the installation of mini-fridges in all guest rooms, the painting of all guest room bathrooms, new draperies in guest rooms, the replacement of guest room temperature controls and many other updates throughout the property. Completed projects include a total redo of our parking lot, refurbishment of our lobby, replacement of all guest hallway wall coverings, installation of new heating and air conditioning units in our pool and fitness areas, reupholstery of guest room chairs, and numerous other small, "behind-the-scenes" projects that guests wouldn't notice. We are aware our hotel needs updating and renovation, but we are unable to undertake that massive job in the near future, so we are currently doing lots of smaller projects around the building to update and freshen our hotel. However, please allow me to clarify-we are not currently undergoing a full renovation and none of our guest rooms are "newly redone." I wish this were true, but I do not want to mislead anyone, so please allow me to explain. I cannot express how much we appreciate your kind words!
